Beautiful reception, but the rooms are terrible: scattered furniture, uncomfortable bed, poor cleanliness, weak internet even at night, and a 3/4-star hotel price for a service that barely reaches 2 stars.

Breakfast and staff This place is old and the furniture worn out. I had to change my room cause in the first one the washroom door was broken, the remote controller of the AC worked only if u were extremely close to it, a piece of the shower was broken as well, on top of it there were stains everywhere. The next room had nothing broken, but overall it was still like a 2 stars hotel

Overall the staff was very kind. Worth mentioning the manager, Sandriana and Lucas from the restaurant. Andressa from the check in counter could benefit from a training course. Check in scheduled for 2pm, only receives the keys at 3pm. Air conditioning not clean with a lot for dirt and mildew. A bit far from city commodities, needs taxi or 3 mile walk

All the staff were friendly and helpful. All the installations were clean and in great condition. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was tasty.

part of the staff nothing. first and last time there . They charged you extra for a omelette I’m the breakfast,they charge R80 if you loose a tower card ( just for the card ) .. They cannot serve you an expresso before 10 am,they took 2 days to fix hair dryer
