Location. Parking situation - not enough spots available compared to the number of rooms the hotel has. It caused problems finding parking spaces among others guests while parking in front of the hotel since guests thought it was for loading and unloading only.

The property is one block away from the boardwalk. The property advertises parking, but it is hard to get one spot. The towels are old and smelly. The elevators were always broken. The swimming pool is tiny.
