The staff were very friendly and resolved some issues related to the room. We chose a luxury room, but I think they meant the size, because it had no windows, the mattresses didn't have covers, and the sheets were rough.

Lovely staff, an amazing location, breakfast was great and the price was reasonable. Could be more clean and less noisy from street side, however was not too bad!
