Quitéria ajudou bastante. Café da manhã é bem bom, acima da média. A equipe de manhã é muito simpática e amigável, principalmente a Quitéria, mas a Sara e a irmã dela também. Elas salvaram minha estadia nesse local tão desapontante. Cama desconfortável, a gente sente as molas nas costas, não tinha lençol para a cama, não tinha toalha de rosto, sabonete ou shampoo. Não desligava a luz 100%. Recepcionistas da noite não foram simpáticos, não sei se por ser de noite. Vaso sanitário não está fixo corretamente e fica inseguro. Ajeitaram isso apenas depois de reclamar por dois dias seguidos. Torneira muito alta. Quando a água bate na cuba da pia, molha você todo. Chuveiro muito fraco, a conta gotas. Avisei tudo isso na recepção, disseram que iriam dar manutenção, mas NADA fizeram. Absurdo

The bathroom door was falling down. The corridor had nk lights at night and getting the key on the door was difficult The breakfast didn't have enough food for everyeobe and they didnt replaced it

The staff is nice - especially the breakfast staff. The room was small and cramped. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. We had to get an sheet for one of the beds that did not have one. The sink did not drain properly.

Starting with the staff. I made my reservation literally the night before my check-in as I was traveling from Piranhas to Maceio. They were amazing in communication and making sure I was all set for my stay. Room was very clean and cozy. I slept like a baby! The breakfast buffet was a little under my expectations. Especially considering that in times of COVID there were a lot of people without masks close to the food serving themselves, and there was no staff to ensure these guests would wear their masks prior to serving. Also the silverwares were not put away individually and were available in baskets where folks could just grab with their bare hands.
