I was not able to use the facility because it was not available. I was informed after arriving at the facility

Staff were nice. Bed is okay. Literally no water coming from the shower it’s crazy. Hated that. Many mosquitoes Rooms are too close to each other and not that spacious you’d easily pick up noise from your neighbor if they’re loud.

Did not take any breakfast at the facility. Cleanliness is very poor, the first day bedsheets were dirty and I had to sleep on the bedcover, there are dirt stains on the wall moreso in the bathroom, thus there is need to change nsure high level of cleanliness

The facilities were exceptionally clean and very quiet. The staff very welcoming and friendly. Namely Paul, Alice and Esther. The stay was worth every effort they put. Most notable was a free of charge room upgrade organized by the administrator. Words can not express our gratitude. It was an awesome experience. Thank you so much and i will not hesitate to come again and or recommend friends and assosiates.

The breakfast, the communication, the big bed and that I was upgraded to a better room some beddings need to be changed...my duvet was worn out and the nets need to be cleaned they are a bit dusty

Convenience from where I was working At least a TV in the dinning area, and at least availability of staff to prepare food/tea on order in the evening

Location is okay. Facility clean. No breakfast as indicated on app. Very congested parking. Food was pathetic.
