The free breakfast had nothing left at 8:10, so we thought they would have someone bring more, so we loaded the car and when we went back to have breakfast there were a few pieces of toast left. No one had put more out.

Good location. Room satisfactory. Close to stores, restaurants. Hot hallways. Given two bad keys which lead to having to return to front desk x2 w/bags in tow perspiring. Given a different room-air not on...took some time to cool after air turned on. Vending machine 2 types of chips. Only staff was rep at front desk- 6pm. Asked for a wake upcall 6a. Call came at 703a.

I had no complaints whatsoever. The staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean. The air wasn't on in the room so it took a little while to cool it down.

We got what we paid...

Unacceptable, I was refused a room on the first floor because my driver's license had a Macon address. Although I haven't lived in Macon for years this is ridiculous and borderline discrimination. I definitely feel like this situation should be looked into. I stayed at this Hotel several times. The first time I visited I was given a room on the third floor. The whole floor smelled like a mixture of drugs and alcohol. I mean the whole floor and on top of that while I was sleeping, several times through out the night someone would randomly knock on my door. I reported this to the front desk and she just kinda shrugged it off.. This place is a joke please be cautious as you visit this place especially if you have a Macon, GA. address. This place discriminate against the locals as if we're not as good or better than everyone else. And once again I haven't stayed in Macon for years but this isn't the way to treat someone that willing to spend their hard earned money at your establishment. Unacceptable

No iron in the room, no ironing board, no where to hang up your clothes in the room. The rooms needs to be updated completely from the beds to bathroom.
