Hampton Inn & Suites Macon I-75 North

Easy to park, quick check in / check out, well maintained, good service, quality breakfast and most importantly, a great room. 👍

It was convenient to the interstate and a lot of different restaurants. The room was large and clean. Let me start with I love Hampton Inn. I typically have stayed loyal to Hilton/Hampton Inn, however, this weekend’s experience might have changed my mind. The staff I encountered wasn’t very friendly. They weren’t necessarily rude but they gave a very “I don’t want to be here” attitude. Staff had conversations during breakfast that were not appropriate for the setting. The night before we stayed at a different 3 star hotel by Marriott and the experience we had there just seemed so much better. All the staff we encountered there were great! We even checked in at 1am at Marriott and they were so friendly! The suite we stayed in there seemed so much more updated and the bathrooms were definitely more updated. Breakfast also had so many more options there which we appreciated for our toddler. The stay at Marriott was cheaper than Hampton Inn as well, so in the future I will definitely do some comparing before just booking Hampton Inn.

The staff and room were great. However the breakfast that we were looking forward too was less than subpar. By 9 the waffles/mix were completely gone. The fruit was browning, and the options were very limited compared to other Hampton Inns weve stayed at. However the breakfast attendant was fantastic!!!

Staff were the best crew ! I ran into an issue with Expedias reservation- they were just such a great group of people. They helped me get in touch with Expedias customer service, we finally got everything sorted. They were helpful, patient and friendly.
