Poor customer service Bad room service
-
The hotel atmosphere was excellent! Not having to register with another company to have room benefits.

Air didn’t work. They wanted to try to fix it instead of moving us. We went to dinner and came back late and it was still hot!

Convenient and comfortable. NA

The place is great and clean but the morning checkout staff is not friendly. They seem understaffed like everyone else these days

Facility needs maintenance, room door did not close althe way by itself, bathroom tub to shower switch needed repair. Overall very clean.

The bed. Thats it. For the price paid, breakfast should be included. I've never stayed anywhere i have to buy coffee/ breakfast. The pool, absolutely not. The pool area is hotter then outside. No one could stand it. Oh and l'et's not forget the lovely view of the 1st floor roof. And we were awakened by people on the 1st floor, though the vent by the bed.

Fresh breakfast with accommodating staff

Only 1 of the 3 elevators was operating = pain in the butt. The thermostat in our room was set to 50 degrees. The room temperature reading on the thermostat indicated 67 degrees. Clearly, the temperature was in the middle 70s.

Arrived around 7 pm. The gentlemen at the front desk was less than enthusiastic about helping guest check in. Room was hot and muggy even having complained to the desk on more than one occasion. Water coming down walls and overall dirty.

Close to the metroplex

Next thing was in the ladies restroom in the lobby. Apparently someone had an accident and left residual "poop" on the floor. Looks like it had been there for awhile. My room was clean and comfortable and my only complaint was the room phone didn't work. I was trying to reach my friend down the hall, so I walked down there and turns out hers didn't work either. Im guessing that they assume everyone has a cellphone.

First disappointment came at breakfast time. Went downstairs looking for a restaurant to have breakfast. All they had was a continental style breakfast. Nothing special about it. Most hotels offer it free. But when we finished eating, the server working the floor handed us our bill. $19.00 including tax. Definitely not worth that since you have to serve yourself. The electricity went out and was out for several hours, most hotels have generators. It was so hot. The pillows were the size of throw pillows and very hard.

There was a variety of items to choose from. The staff was very professional and accommodating after we experienced a 2 hour power outage. They took care of breakfast for both days. Thank You Angeles It was very clean and the cleaning staff was professional and smiled each time they saw me and my niece coming or going. They also honored us by not disturbing us during our stay.

Beds were horribly firm, which resulted in a bad nights sleep. Pillows (half size) felt like rocks. General room maintenance was poor. Bathroom door was deteriorating. Curtains shredded. Expected more for the 200+ price range we paid
