Can't understand how if checkout is 11, not one room was ready at 2:30!!! Seems understaffed, the desk clerk appeared to be helping with the rooms. Do better and hire more help!!

The hotel is very good for the price. However the breakfast was not very good and the coffee was coffee flavored water, horrible. The bed is a foam pad and very uncomfortable.

Orange juice was good. The location was excellent! The staff was good and caring. Breakfast was adequate. Not much variety to choose from. The coffee was dreadful! From our room we could hear the phone ringing at the front desk. The elevator could be heard clearly from our room and made it difficult to sleep.
