I went to the lobby in the morning for what I consider one of the most basic hotel amenities: a complimentary cup of coffee. I was surprised to learn that the hotel no longer provides complimentary lobby coffee because it now offers Starbucks for purchase at the bar. At roughly $170 per night, this feels like a significant step backward in the guest experience. It’s not about being unwilling to pay a few dollars for coffee. It’s about hospitality. A simple pot of morning coffee costs the hotel very little but creates tremendous goodwill and has long been a basic expectation at hotels across every price range. I actually like Starbucks, but removing an included amenity specifically so guests can be directed toward a paid option feels less like improved service and more like monetizing something that used to be part of the hospitality. I still like this hotel and would like to return, which is exactly why I’m writing this. Cambria, please reconsider this decision. Sometimes the smallest amenities make guests feel the most welcome.

Everything was great. They only complaint I have is that only 1 elevator was working and we were told by staff there were no stairs or our use.

Great stay

I was traveling with two little kids. Upon check in the bath did not have a single drip of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It was late night and I alerted the front desk the next morning. I have requested to replenish the stock, change towels, clean the room, etc. It was not until I returned to my room in the evening when I realized none has even entered the room. They did send someone to replenish the stock after I complained that evening. However, I am not thrilled with the service. The last day of my stay I was trying to check out, and the front desk person did not even acknowledge my request as she was on the phone. I have left without checking out. I will not be back for sure. The location is great, but the service is horrible.

The room was perfect, the location was perfect, the rooftop was excellent with a great sunset view!

The elevator didn’t work so there was only 1 elevator working for the whole hotel. The bar was cool drinks are good, not to fond of the housekeeping

Everything was awesome except for the fact that the elevator was completely ridiculous.. 2 elevators, only 1 working & it was at a very sloooooow pace.. Access to stairs wer completely on back side of the building.. Hopefully they get the issues straightened out soon, its a great place to stay..

ONLY ISSUE IS THA ELEVATOR SUCKS & HOLDING PEOPLE UP BEING THA FRONT DESK IS ON 3RD FLOOR!!! 2 ELEVATOR & ONLY ONE WORKING AT A VERY SLOOOOOW PACE!!!

Loved the hotel! Always go every summer but one of the elevators is always out.
-
Loved it, staff was nice and the hotel is in a beautiful location.

Normally everything is great but this time the room we got the sink was clogged and wouldn't drain and the shower body wash and shampoo thing was broken. For spending 500 dollars I shouldn't have broken stuff. Also one of the ladies at the roof top bar told my daughter the blender was broken, then the big guy, he's always great walked over and made a frozen drink... So she was lying, which is super unprofessional

The hotel is nice and the staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and had a nice view from our balcony. Rooftop was the best! The view was great, nice pool and the entertainment was awesome. Love the karaoke by the way. Beach is right across the street. My only complaint is the elevator situation. One of them was not working. There was a storm the day before we got there which was on a Friday. It was not fixed by the time we left that Monday. You were waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes each time we needed to use it. Other then that it was a good place to be and I would go back. Oh and by the way if you missed it. You have to pay for parking and breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was amazing, my only complaint was the one elevator and the amount of people that had to use. However definitely a amazing stay.

The rooftop pool was a definite highlight — such a beautiful spot to relax and watch the sunset. The food and drinks at the rooftop pool bar/restaurant were exceptional, which was an unexpected bonus. The hotel’s location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. One thing that really stood out was how friendly the entire staff was. Literally every staff member we passed in the hallways greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. That level of genuine hospitality really made a difference. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

I absolutely loved my stay here. From the kindness of the staff to the amazing views from the rooftop pool which included live music Friday night! The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are all so welcoming and helpful. Valet was a surprise but honestly worth it to unload the car in shade and not have to fight for parking. Will most definitely stay again and recommend to friends wanting to atay in the area.
