Very good service and cleaning and convenient location

It was really nice and clean but do bring kitchen items cause the room didn’t supply them the people are very nice too

First, then I arrived in highway in the hot sun for 30 to 40 minutes nobody was answering the door. The guy was sleeping second the rooms are not the same as the pictures the room so far was 30. The beds are really old. The furniture is really old not well maintained shower was dirty. When I stepped on it was kind of slimy. We had to buy extra bed sheets to put over sofa and beds. How to buy Lysol and disinfect to disinfect everything from chairs tables because everything looked dirty and I still got charged $15 for parking which they said it was on them so will not be staying there again.

Very misleading pictures. There was no attendant when checking in around 4 pm. We waited for almost 30 minutes with other guests. The pool was murky and the outside of the property looked like an ash tray. Wouldn’t be bad if the entire property was no smoking. But there were cigarette butts everywhere and the place smelled Like smoke and weed. Surprisingly The room was pretty clean and the place is very close to the beach. Glad we only booked here one night. Has potential!

overall experience was great , very friendly staff , staff always ask if we would need anything to make are stay more comfortable , thank you Mr. Joseph and the whole staff . we will most definitely come back to see you

No one answers the phones ever

Location is great. Was quiet at night so you can enjoy a nice sunset.

A lot of smoking outside. They make you pay for a dog even if it’s a service dog. The towels and bedding had random hairs. The lobby closing after 9pm is kinda dumb. Not a lot of parking. The restaurant next to it is fire.

We enjoyed our stay across the street from the beach in Madeira beach. While the pool and surrounding area was nice I found it inconvenient to have to go back and forth and ring the doorbell at the office and wait to find that I wasn't offering any information about what we could ask for! There was no silverware in the room I didn't know I could ask for it I just assumed there was nothing because there were no glasses nothing and the room was not clean the floor was filthy the bathroom around the sink was filthy and the refrigerator was sturdy! We were staying to go to the beach and we overlooked a lot because we just enjoyed being together however we would not return based on all of that when I told the manager he says you should have said something yesterday I wasn't aware that there would be anything given to me as the gentleman in the office didn't offer and when I went to get towels he said the truck will be it at night at night and I was not going to wait to catch him after the office is closed for laundry!

Excellent location very close to the beach Arriving at night of you have never been there is challenging. It is an older building and walkways are uneven and poorly lit. And parking is in back alley which is also poorly lit for a newcomer like I was. But in the morning light everything was fine

Room was very clean property was well maintained only issue we had was a very slick spot on the walk way where one of my party fell.
