The room was nice but there was no shampoo or conditioner, no soap, not even a paper cup to get a drink of water. There was no breakfast, and it was stated on the website that there was breakfast and there wasn’t any and the ice machine was broke. If you’re not going to provide bathroom toiletries, you need to say that on the website. Also don’t say that you have breakfast and then there is none. I will not be staying here again if I ever come back to Alabama.

The front desk associate was very nice and helpful. She attempted to troubleshoot problems, but didn't have any resolutions. There were spiders in our room, and there were no other rooms available to move us to. She did call her manager to try to rectify but was unable. Money wasted unfortunately.

The room was the tiniest room I have ever stayed in. It was so tiny that I had to keep my suitcase on the bed while I tried to sleep . It was only my husband and I each having one small bag. The floor above made it noisy most of the night and the sheets were sweaty even though it was 68 degrees in the room. It was clean and relatively newly redone. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast the best for a grab and go.

In summary, there were no supplies. Needed to ask for towels. No glassware even when asked (yet an extended stay). No toiletries. In addition, the AC unit was loud and ran all night. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The shower had weak pressure. Overall, I would never stay at at this property again.

I liked the price, engagement that I had with staff and some other patrons. There was dog poop on the grounds.

The ice maker in the lobby was broken. In the initial room they gave, the TV was broken and I had to move rooms. Both rooms were really clean. There is plenty of parking.

The overall look of the room was fine. The smell was bad in the elevator to the room, had to spray the room with deodorant to stay. Asked for blankets and didn't receive.

The room was exceptionally clean, the mattress was very comfortable. The air-conditioning is cool, but does not make the room very cold. You are able to hear the traffic through the windows if you’re sensitive to noise. Also, please read ahead and know that it is a grab and go breakfast, which is prepackaged danishes and coffee. Front desk person was very approachable and nice.

It says breakfast but there is no breakfast unless you call 3 muffins, 5 granola bars and a few instant packs of grits and oatmeal sat out breakfast. They don’t offer juice or milk. Bottom line there is no breakfast false advertisement! They have vending machines where you can purchase soft drinks, juice and snacks and both machines stopped working during my stay. They are stingy with the towels, you have to drop off your towels at the front desk to get more, they allow people to smoke in front of the main entrance and someone was smoking marijuana in the parking lot in front of the entrance. The staff weren’t friendly one lady didn’t even look up when I went to check out. All she said to me was, “room number? And continued scrolling in her phone. They only clean every 8th day and you take out your own trash located at the end of each floor. There was already trash in my garage when I checked in, some stains in the refrigerator, a long hair in the tib, sticky finger prints on the microwave handle and my towels were a little damp.

Nice, clean and quiet will stay here again.

Very nice for the price. No hair dryer , phone cord was cut, and dirty rag left hanging over shower.
