The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lift for the pool was not working which made it a little difficult helping my handicapped son into the pool. The breakfast was very good.

Cee Cee at the front desk was vigilant in making sure we had whatever we needed during our stay. The property was clean and my room had a separate bedroom. I loved that each room had its own climate control and television. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great location Bathroom sink water standing would not go down. Informed front desk they said they knew about problem and other guests had the same concern. No one came to correct problem with sink . I reported it and nothing was said about getting it fixed. I’m requesting extra points for the inconvenience toward my next stay at one of your properties.

Pet fee was more expensive than what was listed on hotel website. I was charged twice for the room (which I got reversed). The male night attendant was terrible at customer service. He put us on 4th flr with two dogs, and desk was often unattended.
