ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Madison

There are no amenities. No change of towels, and no toilet paper unless you beg the front desk for it which I did after purchasing my own. There was no in room coffee maker, pots,utensils or oter amenities. I received a clean room with no toilet paper and coffee only when the staff got around to turning the machine on. I CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. There are other comments, but I will hold back to protect some of what appears to be the year round (long stay) dwellers of the place.

Due to staffing we waited almost 5 hours for our 2nd room. Finally got into it about 9:15.

Helpful, courtesy staff member making the best of a challenging situation . Property is way understaffed and lacked basic amenities. Paper thin walls.

They have a limited amount of sheets and towels. No soap was provided.

Kitchen had nothing. But we knew that prior.

I wanted to get a refund for the nights i did not stay and they said they could not help me i ended up having to do a dispute with my bank. There was a baby crying the whole time and the walls are so thin u can hear everything.

Rooms have kitchen but not utensils or plates, you have to rent them from the hotel. Towels are only replaced every 14 days, they expect from you to wash them yourself. The first floor is like a guesthouse for some individuals that seem to live there permanently. The parking lot is like a junkyard, and even people do mechanical repairs on the parking lot. No breakfast or any amenities. I would rate this place zero stars.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable The air intake/fan unit was not working and there was no staff available to either get it running or facilitate a move to a different room. But 6:00 in the morning the lack of any fresh air in the room had caused me to get a severe headache. Since there was no one in house to help I just packed up and left much earlier than I had planned.

The hotel was clean and staff was extremely friendly. They clearly care about their guests comfort during their stay. Which I greatly appreciated. There were some shady characters in the elevator talking about how much my coat costs. Honestly though that’s a funny road story so not a huge deal.

the price was fair They didn't have any silverware in the extended stay, I wish they would have posted that on the website. I brought a ton of food I wasn't able to cook.
