Our hotel room was clean but the bathtub backed up and wouldn’t drain. Called the desk who said there was nothing they could do until the next day. Upon check out I mentioned we could not bathe and weren’t offered another room. I asked her if we could be fairly compensated for the lack of a tub/shower. She told me no because it was booked through Expedia, and offered us a free snack instead. Very disappointed with their lack of concern and failure to find a solution.

We had the best experience from check in to a great night sleep in a clean well maintained room. Breakfast was exceptionally enjoyable. So very clean and tasty, with lots of choice for good quality fresh food

The property was clean and had a pleasant appearance in a generic sort of way. It was nice to have breakfast included but it lacked personality. There wasn’t really anything to not like. But also, not memorable.

The property is located across the street from a fairgrounds facility with woods on the backside of the hotel. This made it a very quiet area. The refrigerator in the room is much larger than expected. It was also nice to have a microwave. The breakfast was very good. We were in town for a concert and the hotel was nice enough to have a free shuttle that took us to and from the stadium. That was a major plus.
