The hotel overall was nice. The one thing that I didn’t like is having cold vinyl flooring in the room. Maybe some people would prefer that over having carpeting. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Management comped us use of the M Club due to our room not being ready at the time of check in.

Wasn't offered a bottle of water when I checked-in. The offerings at the breakfast counter was meagher @ best . The Hotel was nice, no complaints about the room but it was not exceptional. It did the trick for my stay in Madison

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean. The pool wasn’t too cold. Perfect location

Just a few issues with no housekeeping one day, plugged toilet another today. Should have a free continental breakfast or at least free coffee, not Starbucks!

It was a great stay. Wonderful room and the staff was excellent and they offered us a very cheap shuttle to an event so major bonus for us. The only thing is we got back around 10:30-11 and the bar wasn't open but I dont travel much so maybe that is just normal and they did have a little snack area and a few things to choose from but maybe something more then like 4 things to pick from. But all in all Awesome stay.

Check-in process was pretty quick/easy. Shuttle offered to the event was great. Room was clean and bed comfy. No free breakfast offered. Price for the room was OUTRAGEOUS (gouged because of the AC/DC concert). Shuttle from the event left much to be desired. They weren't prepared to handle number of people who needed pick-up. Took us over 2 hours after concert ended to get back to hotel (2.5 miles away)
