Great Staff!

Helpful staff at front desk

Very spacious , friendly, welcoming staff, and a peaceful environment

The hotel is old and could use some updating. The first room was not clean. The front staff was very helpful and switched us to another room. That room was very clean. He apologized for the inconvenience and thanked us for being understanding.

Very nice spacious room With kitchen. The only problem was finding parking on site after 9pm.

nice room; very spacious, very clean and very quiet. finding parking was a bit a challenge on the weekend (Saturday) but no problem during the week.

The suite was large and clean. The staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was limited compared to other place I've stayed but was fresh and hot. The kitchenette had everything needed. The outside area around the building needed cleaning. (garbage and empty beer cans stacked around a trash can, cigaret butts, etc. Only one little bar of soap for both the shower and outside sink and only one tiny tube of shampoo, conditioner and body wash for two people for two days. The bathrooms next to the pool needed cleaning and restocking. Out of toilet paper in the ladies. (per wife.)

This is decent property. Staff was friendly and helpful. But our key needed to be reprogrammed multiple times. Nice decor and updated, only a little worn in spots (cracked tile on bath floor, rust on pool door). Staff was busy but garbage overflowing in multiple spots. Parking lot looks they are expanding as it is not all paved. Pool is short and shallow good for kids not so good for lap swimming or water fitness. Our suite was nice and roomy and bedding was good quality.

Having kitchen appliances was very helpful. The room was spacious for us.

I am a grandma. I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite because I was traveling with my Granddaughter and her friend. We had a 2 night stay. The hotel is decent for the price. Our stay had no complaints. It's close to everything! The staff is friendly and helpful. We never had breakfast, so I cannot comment

Nothing worked in the fitness center and the parking was horrible.

The space needed for a family to come in for a stay. The some of the rooms didn’t have the World Cup available, but the main lobby did and that did make it fun. Breakfast was limited options.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Lots of sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. Not enough parking. Not very clean. Breakfast was very limited.
