The hot breakfast was excellent. The bed is comfortable. But the room had a bad smell. We had to open the windows to air it. The staff was very friendly.

mildew and mold in rooms. Dehumidifiers in the hallway a bad sign.

The walk towards our room should have been a tipoff: a musty smell and multiple portable dehumidifiers, each tank with the “full” indicator illuminated. Upon unlocking the door, a dank aroma flooded our nostrils, like mothballs mixed with mildew. Tired from travel, we turned on the TV, which had an intermittently functional screen and remote control. The showerhead sprayed water outwards towards the sink, perhaps explaining the rusted chrome fixtures. The next morning, we stepped onto the carpet which felt cold and squishy underfoot. After 2 nights, we simply could not tolerate it. When we checked out a day early, the response by the hotel desk clerk indicated vague awareness of an issue, pointing to their corrective attempts with new sheets and fresh paint on the walls. He cited an inability to refund us our payment for the final night, referring us to Hotels.com where we booked our stay. When Hotels.com investigated on our behalf, the Quality Inn by Choice Hotels staff were repeatedly unavailable and thus no refund forthcoming. Bottom line: The environment at the Quality Inn is totally unacceptable. We felt worried for our health and our belongings during our stay (all of which needed a wash when we got home). The combination of the persistent dampness, musty odor, dehumidifiers, and squishy carpet made us very uncomfortable and concerned about the condition of the room. We hope all travelers heed this warning: stay away.

Nothing was as expected

Cleanliness is my main issue. The room smelled of urine and I asked for another room that smelled of smoke and wet carpet. Hair on bathtub of supposedly clean room. Staff was nice and accommodating but I couldn’t finish the stay and checked out to go to a different hotel I don’t think I will ever stay here again.
-
My only complaint was there was only 1 towel in the bathroom. I had to go ask the font desk for a couple more.

All good

Lots of questionable people in & out of the hotel & up all night making noise. People hanging out in the parking lot. Kind of sketchy. No elevator.

Building is pretty old and dated. Room smelled faintly of stale smoke. Room did not have many electrical outlets, which made charging devices a little more challenging. There did not seem to be any elevators but I think building is only 2 floors. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was polite. Building is an industrial area. Our stay was short so it was adequate but I probably will choose a different place next time.

I got this room to be able to sleep in and reset. no other reason and was woken up at 740 in the morning to the fire alarms going off . Obviously very scary to wake up too . Staff is running around trying to shut it off and when I asked if it was normal I was told it was. I also asked for late checkout and was told that was fine and had housekeeping banging on my door at 930 am . Very disappointed

AC was very Bad condition in terms of cleaning

All good

Staff were helpful, bed, bed linen and towels were clean and good and breakfast decent. However property is tired and in need of investment, ac couldn't be adjusted and was noisy, vending machines broken. Was cheap hotel for one night for local gig only reason we stayed.

The room had a mildew smell to it. Very unpleasant.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Good value.
-
It’s a bed when you need one but not much more.
-
The carpet in the room was wet in a couple areas, and could have used a cleaning. There was something not quite right with the air conditioning, there was a strange smell in the room and though the temperature was fine, it seemed very humid in the room. Maybe the A/C drain was plugged. Breakfast was well stocked and very good, it was very quiet the whole time I was there, 5 days. Plenty of parking, water temp and pressure were very good.
-
Clean room and great breakfast. Several noisy rooms proximal to ours till after midnight also.
-
Perfectly acceptable place, but the staff needs to learn to recognize a do not disturb sign. Also, a chain would be nice. Staff randomly opened my door without even a knock while the dnd sign was up.
