Fantastic location and excellent front of house staff. Paolo and Paola made the stay warm, comfortable, and were extremely attentive to any requests. The lobby lounge was also a good place to relax and work when needed. No major complaints. The rooms could certainly have been larger. Also note that the location on google maps is not accurate if you are driving - you need to go the plaza in front of the hotel but google will direct you to the back where there is no entrance.

Good breakfast, saunas The coffee at breakfast wasn't very good. It was hard to close/open the bathroom door while being inside - the bathroom is very small. There's a light highlighting the building that gets shut off at around 11pm, could be faster. It light ups the room a lot. The dinner could start earlier, 7:15pm is a bit late for non-Italians

The staff at the front desk was very competent, kind and attended to us with excellent care throughout our stay, provided great recommendation for things to do. Our 3 daughters loved the pool. The breakfast buffet was really high quality. The hotel is very clean and nicely organized, the lobby area very elegant. Parking was very easy and convenient as well. Location is great right next to all things you'd want to have access to in the town. We also had a room with a breathtaking view. Everything was great.

The accommodation matched our expectations. Before we arrived, I asked many questions about the location, parking, and ski lift and Paola provided great support. When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff. We had some questions about the keys and the heating and we got quick and good support. The breakfast buffet has a variety of food like cakes, croissants, bread (white, wholemeal, toast, sandwiches), eggs, Italian cured meats, Macedonia, yogurt, coffee... The dinner was awesome with a different menu every day with a choice of tipical Trentino speciality. It was also possible to customize the meals and ask for a different kids meal. The hotel also offers a selection of wines and Andrea can provide good advice. The hotel has a ski room where to leave all the ski equipment and has easy access from outside. The 2 ski lifts are very close and in walking distance. The room was very clean and the cleaning happened every day. If I have to find something to improve there are some minor things: 1. the room size is fine for a family of 3 but it would be small for 4 people 2. the keycard's room needs some attempts before turning the electricity inside the room. 3. the mattresses are a bit too soft

The staff is very friendly and helpful, knows the surroundings, breakfast and dinner was excellent, the spa was supernice, the location is perfect.

Excellent location, very helpful staff giving advice on nearby hiking trails. Beds could have been slightly harder and pool/sauna opening hours could have been a bit longer.
