Great staff and great value.

He gave us a ride to the tram after he dropped his daughter off at school. He helped us secure Trentino Guest Passes, which saved a lot of money for local transportation. Lastly, he helped us with bus schedules. Of all the people we met in Italy over 12 days, Matt was the most helpful, genuine, and nice person we met ( and we met a lot of nice people)! One of the mountaineering guides from Explore-Share recommended Garni Arnica, and he was spot on. Thanks for everything, Matt!! We were perfectly satisfied.

Breakfast was simple continental and good quality. Location was perfect for the middle of town, shops, bars and restaurants. I liked everything.

Great hotel in the center. It is not a ski in ski out hotel (booking should correct that) the nearest lift is at 450 meters. The wellness is very nice and the rooms too. Staff friendly.

People Cold boiled eggs every day. Too many cakes and sweet foods, awful beverages from a machine, no juicer

The location is perfect, can't be any more central than that with super easy access to 5 Laghi but also Belvedere, Spinale and Pradalago. We've been everywhere in Campiglio over the years but you can't beat Arnica's spot! the shower box is very very small, I'm "fully bodied" but anyone over 6 feet would struggle to shower.

Great service. Matteo went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and even gave me trekking information that was very helpful. There was nothing I didn't like. Exceptional stay and service.

Mateo and his family were above and beyond helpful ! Nothing was too much trouble. Location was convenient near lifts shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and tidy and the well mess centre is fantastic after a day’s skiing.
