There are dogs allowed at this property and my room definitely had odor from dogs.

Friendly staff, mom and pop hotel. Great breakfast, across the street from one of gondola. Easy walk to restaurants. Quiet town, end of ski season.

What an amazing!! Hotel. We loved everything, the service of everyone at the hotel was impeccable and amazingly friendly. The breakfast was superb - buffet style with quality choices of everything + on demand eggs of any style, crepes, pancakes and more... We loved the family run old style, even if here and there it could gain from a small uplift... But better stay just the way it is. Fantastic! And the location - right in the center, 2 min walk from the ski Gondola. Nothing.

My stay was so welcoming, i got a very italian homely feel, the whole week I stayed there all the staff would engage with me if needed all were very friendly and welcoming, ensuring you are taken care of, all i needed to do was just ask. The food for both breakfasts and dinners was just amazingly delicious. The location and pricing were perfect for me, nice and central to the village centre and all ski lifts. Didn't have to do much uphill walking after a big day on the mountain. Perfect for me as a solo traveller. Thank you to all the staff, I can't wait for another visit. Honestly, there isn't anything masively bad to say during my stay or anything I didn't like. But I guess if I had to pick something to inform you, i noticed upon the first use of the shower that the inner glass had an area with a soap product left from previous guests. It wasn't an issue though. Maybe the obility to boil water in my room and a mini fridge to store food. Again, it's not an issue. I enjoyed going down and asking for my boiled water, and it was good to interact with the staff. All and all, I was happy.

Exceptional

First and foremost, the service was great. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, it's perfect for skiers - both because of their facilities, and their location very close to the 5 Laghi lift. In addition the beds were comfy, the hotel very clean, the breakfast tasty and the atmosphere cozy.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good bike storage. Delicious evening meal. Great breakfast. Good heating on an unexpectedly cold day. Some might feel that this hotel is a little worn and shabby. But, on the other hand, other people will delight in the olde worlde feel of the place.
