Very central, most helpful staff, especially Bruna and team at reception. Lovely facilities, very comfortable, warm ambiance. Nice attention to detail. A hotel to return to.

Perfect hotel, staff very helpful in recommending restaurants and activities. I did have a few special requests and communication was great pre-arrival (Thank you, seniora Bruna!) . Great breakfast, right in the center of town.

A really great hotel. Location next to the pedestrian zone and between two gondolas.

The reception staff were very kind and drove 20 mins to bring a phone charger to our son who was in the neighbouring town

A lovely hotel, great selection for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Not a big deal but the light in the hallway did not come on when I left my room until I had turned the corner…room 302…so the first few steps were in the dark once the bedroom door has shut.

Breakfast was fantastic, lovely pastries, cereals, hams/cheese, scrambled eggs on toast and more. Proximity to ski lift brilliant. Ski Hire right across road. Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub - amazing. Ski storage excellent. Car parking *extra cost, but beside hotel. -

The room was comfortable We been informed in our checkin that we have half board , at checkout they count us 180€ / dinner for 2 adults , very bad surprise, food isnt so good , its much combination of food and i think should be more typical italien Also they use same products of dinner in Next day in dinner and same dessert from dinner you will find in Next day in breakfast and also in bar where they offer variety of cakes .. in bar and also in restaurant is very cold , its Missing music in bar

Very nice hotel located right in the city center of Madonna Di Campiglio. Had a lovely time with my sister, we loved the sauna and wellness center. Very nice breakfast and right in front of the lifts to go up in the mountains. Nothing everything was great

The room does not have a ventilation system or air conditioning, because of that we had to sleep with the windows open. At 6 am, the goods start arriving at the shop in front, there is a lot of noise and it’s impossible to sleep. When booking the room, the photos does not correspond to the number received. We booked a room with a large balcony and a view to the mountains, instead we got one without a balcony. The manager was helpful with the problem, another room had a balcony, but it was small and overlooked the shopping centre.
