Staff, afternoon tea, location, general ambience, shuttle service to/from lifts, facilities incl spa - almost everything was spot on. Not much - if had to gripe the spa reservation requirement was a little annoying but understandable as otherwise it would be overrun when skiers return all about 5pm.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The services The hotel provided were top notch. From good breakfast,shuttles to the ski lift. A good intimate spa. and after check out help with everything that was needed Location is far from city center

Everything was great, very nice hotel and kind staff. The hotel's shuttle to ski lifts extremely convenient. Driver Yuri was great. The spa was overcrowded, despite the required reservation in advance and several phone calls from the hotel during the day of reservation while skiing in order to confirm the reservation. In this situation you can not enjoy anything in the spa.

The location is a one minute shuttle ride from the main Gondola. It's not a big deal though, since the shuttle service is excellent and Yuri the driver is very responsive.

Very very very kind staff. Chauffer, reception, restaurant, the lady in the spa, everyone. Bravo!

Nice service ,but not as a 4 star hotel.

Everything was well-organized, clean and cozy, but it’s the staff of the hotel that makes it exceptional.

Shuttle service was very useful, spa access was amazing and the staff very friendly and available for any request Breakfast could be more diverse (more vegetables and whole fruits)

- Located on a quiet street. Really close to one of the ski lifts. It’s not a problem to get there by foot in a few minutes. - Excellent Grifone skibus service. The drivers are super friendly and kind! It was a pleasure to interact with them. - Ski room with a great heating system and a camera for security. - We were provided with a ticket for free parking in the public parking place near the hotel. - This is the first place where my lactose intolerance was taken seriously and at breakfasts I got lactose free options which was amazing! I wish there was salmon to accompany fried eggs. - The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to help. Charming bartender lady. - The room was not big but comfortable for two. Comfy mattress and pillows. Strong heating system. - Slippers, towels, lots of hangers and other little things that make the stay pleasant. No shoehorn though. - No teapot in the room. - Spa has to be booked in advance due to its not big size. I totally get it, however I don’t like the planning.

Great stay, with staff who are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and dining is also good quality. It was expensive for a single occupancy.
