Location (walking distance from Spinale) is good. Very good breakfast The room was quite small and contained only beds and night tables. There was no desk, no chair, and no refrigerator. The room was overheated. Parking on the premises was unavailable; a permit for parking in a nearby public piazza was offered, subject to a deposit, which is a materially different arrangement. Even accounting for a possible “triple room” premium and the high season, almost EUR 580 per night felt steep given the offering.

Great breakfast with a big variety of food. All staff were extremely helpful and were able to recommend restaurants, ski runs and lifts to suit family ability. Spacious, functional, low temperature boot room (to avoid over heating with ski gear on) with heated boot racks and lockers. Comfortable beds with extra pillows, hot showers with great flow of water. Free parking at property or for €20 refundable deposit you can park in parking lot in front of property. Two very good ski hire shops within 1 min walk. Overall the property could do with some modernization (potentially a great wee communal area with bar could be developed further)

The staff, breakfast, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi all exceeded my expectations. While the overall appearance of the hotel is a bit dated, it didn't impact my overall positive experience. I also had dinner at the hotel, and I’m glad I made that choice. The bathroom door didn’t close perfectly, and the noise isolation could have been better."

Room was amazing, had a smart TV which we loved. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast included and was delicious. Quick walk to the lifts.

The staff were so helpful with all our needs: parking the car in their parking area, making us hot drinks to take to our room etc Nothing- other than love having a sauna or jacuzzi after skiing. And the relaxing area downstairs at the hotel could be designed better with comfortable chairs/sofas and cosy decor to make it appealing to sit and read or chat.
