This is probably one of the most unusual reviews I have ever written. On the first day (check-in day), I went to bed fully intending to give this hotel 1 star and leave a negative review due to my initial frustration. The main reason I chose this hotel was the balcony and its view (according to the photos of THE ROOM WE CHOSE on Booking.com), and neither we nor our friends were given rooms with a balcony and view. This was extremely frustrating. However, throughout the week, we were truly impressed by how well we were treated by all the friendly staff, especially Adriana, Pietro, Micaela, Eleonora, Giuseppe (the owner), and Gerson. I don’t think I have ever been treated so well at a hotel by people who were genuinely happy and kind. Combined with the rest of the hotel’s excellent facilities (SPA, Garage to leave Ski Equip., Free Transportation to Slopes, etc…), it became impossible to give just 1 star. It was an incredible week, and this hotel is excellent (Specially if you get lucky and get the rooms with a balcony view)! I will definitely be back next year. Thank you from your Brazilian friend — you were amazing. 1: The room we received (me and my friends) did not have a balcony with a view. Either a balcony with the view of a roof as it was the last floor, ou no balcony at all and small windows. But I must say the room itself was very big and confortable. 2: The box to have a shower was impressively small.

The rooms which are near elevators are super noisy. And the hotel guests were super noisy too., but probably it is a cultural thing.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is very well located, within minutes walking from everything. The staff was incredibly charming and helpful, always smiling (Silvia, Aurora and others) and trying their best to help. The Owner was present daily and made sure to take time talking to every guest. The room was great, functional and cozy. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was plentiful. Regarding extra activities, my daughter felt incredibly at ease in the Kids Park while we enjoyed some much needed resting time at the Spa. Having shuttles take you back and from the different Ski and Shopping locations was also extremely useful. This is what Italian Hospitality is all about. Finding the hotel was a tiny bit difficult initially, so better signage could help.

Good location, close to spinale lift, close to supermarket and city centre. Pool was really warm, breakfast was nice, shuttle works very well. Room was warm. Some staff were amazingly helpful but some not. The hotel has many nice facilities and its sad when staff can’t explaining about it

Extremely helpful stuff. Our suite was big enough and convenient. Snacks at 16.00, but only pastry( Nice spa area, very relaxing. Shuttle to ski lifts. Children older than 13 , but below 18 are not allowed to sauna area, breakfast has no options, same every day. A lot of pastry, no healthy food. Bottled water in the room on extra charge.

The service and staff were excellent! Breakfast had a large variety. The hotel was super clean, the spa was great - the shuttle service to the ski area was efficient and fast - we would 100% return to this hotel and resort. We were expecting one of the renovated rooms.

Perfect location for both business or pleasure. I was working and the facilities and location were great with private indoor parking. my partner was making the most of the spa and hotel facilities. Easy reach on foot to the center of the town for shops and restaurants. Hotel food was perfect with no complaints. Very friendly staff especially the owner who was around at breakfast and dinner every day. Highly recommended for families or couples

Spacious room, very clean and good breakfast Spa is open only from 2pm, and available just during 60 minutes upon reservation This is not good for guests that are not ski-orientated.
