Breakfast was amazing! Loved the lift to and from the Ski Mountain each day. The Spa area was a bonus with a Steam Room, Sauna and Jetted Pool. The temperature in the room was hot. We needed to open windows to sleep well.

Loved the decor and the atmosphere. Staff were all so nice and very friendly. Place was clean Had trouble with the TV. We couldn’t get it to work. The staff looked at it but didn’t seem to help. It could have been us. We were busy so didn’t matter too much.

The hotel is great, breakfast is amazing and the staff is the best! Daniel was the nicest person in town, always ready to help. The transportation to and from the lifts was perfect and comfortable. Very glad we booked this hotel, especially for the staff.

Breakfast was very good , fresh croissants pasty plus eggs were excellent Lighting in room was a bit dark , need an extra bin ( all very minor issues)

Beautiful hotel. Small (20 rooms) really well laid out. Great spa/pool area. Best bed & pillows I’ve ever had on a ski resort ( normally take my own pillow but couldn’t fit in my bag) luckily I didn’t need it. The driver to the lifts was brilliant & we never waited more than a few minutes. Big shout out to Daniel who drove us most of the time. Well it’s not ski in/ ski out but with driver it wasn’t that big a deal. We found the breakfast set up a bit too formal for us but that’s just our taste

Staff is really professional and friendly. Location is great, and you have a shuttle van driving you to gondola. You can also walk because it is 10 minutes walk. There was two single beds connected to be a big bed. I thought I will get normal king/queen bed. It seems you cannot fully control temperature in room. My girlfriend was often feeling cold.

great services and attention of the staff! spa is great they forgot the booking of a massage we did, it happens but I would have offered something in return to make up for it

Food was good, but not overwhelming. Quiet location and rather close to the centre. Humiliating situation in the restaurant on the second day of our stay, with couples sitting at either side of our table, discussing and joking loudly over our heads, making it difficult for our personal conversation and our ability to concentrate on the food. The Maître d'hôtel did not see the necessity to intervene and even participated. Poorly lit rooms. No handrails in the staircase. Extremely poorly lit swimming pool area with insufficient handrail to access the pool up and down over stairs, resulting in a fall and multiple serious bruising. Older or visually impaired guests beware! On reporting this fall to the manager at the desk it was dismissed as unimportant, not a single word of regret for the incident and pain. Additional hazard is getting in and out of the lift with a danger of stumbling over the unadjusted height at the lift exit.

the staff, the food and the facilities. It was a wonderful stay in Madonna di Piglio nothing

super clean, top wellness and breakfast nothing

The woman working at the desk was helpful and friendly The atmosphere in the bar area wasn’t great. We had a back room at the top which was stuffy and had views of mattresses outside. No sun lounge area. I’m vegetarian and my daughter is vegan. When we discussed food options with the maitre d there was no specific menu for either and he was pretty grumpy pointing out things in the menu that could be accommodated.
