everything was great. nice staff, location and services. I highly recommend it and we will be coming back. what needs to be appreciated is the transportation to the slopes and back to the hotel

Very friendly helpful staff. Warm comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Good location to walk to square. Pool and sauna well designed. Shuttle to 2 runs but not to Fortini which is best for intermediate skiers. However they will take you there on request in pickup jeep.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, very welcoming. There is a very good restaurant with fine Italian cuisine. The breakfast buffet is not exceptional but very good. Wellness, Fitness and swimming pool available. Very comfortable, luxurious rooms. Valet parking in a locked garage, so that car is not easily accessible.

Friendly staff, beautiful property and amazing breakfast buffet. Nice spa area and the kids loved the pool. Very nice service with the shuttle to and from ski slopes. The owner is very friendly, comes around every day with a greeting and makes sure everyone has all they need. My family was very happy with the stay. The only downside is noise. The halls and rooms are not too well isolated so late into the evening you can hear people in the hallway walking about and calling to their friends. This being Italy, it goes on until quite late in the evening.

The hotel is located only a small walk away from the pedestrian area of Madonna. We received a warm welcome from the hotel owners at check-in and they were always at hand which gives the whole ambience a welcome personal touch. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. Excellent breakfast facilities. For those traveling by bike there is a lockable room with washing facilities and various service tools available.
