Everything! Suite; facilities including pool and spa; bar and restaurant; amazing drinks, wines and dining; and excellent location for skiing and the rest of the town. A perfect suites hotel in a fabulous resort location. Oh, but most of all the staff, all welcoming, extremely helpful, and capable. Five Stars all round... Nothing at all!

The staff are excellent - everybody who worked there was friendly and helpful. They are truly 10/10. The wait staff and Maitre D' and the hostess were all particularly great. The hot tub could be warmer

Very good quiet location close to centre. A lot of restaurants around. Nice staff. Good shuttle bus. Cigar room, bar, every day many times cleaning of the room. Ski room heated. Good parking. Pet friendly. Staff very friendly. But one guy operated on bar on Sunday was really annoying, constantly not being at the bar. He was reluctant. He had absolutely no interest in serving us. He was clearly spoiling it for the whole team of hotel staff.

The suite was very spacious & comfortable with towels changed twice a day. The staff were courteous & helpful & the spa area was so relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful with great choice to set you up for the day. Everything was exceptionally good

Spacious rooms and huge beds. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent Spa with all facilities. Very nice staff and very good price/quality ratio. Breakfast is ok. It's nice to have a choice of eggs on demand. Some more fruit and salty options would be appreciated.
