Amazing hotel. 5* hotel and 5* service. Nice rooms, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was exceptional. Good location. Loved everything about this hotel. The pool mentioned is not really a swimming pool which can be misleading. It’s small and very shallow, just to sit in. But the roof top area is lovely to have a drink and enjoy the view.

Room was very nice. Rooftop experience rather disappointing- claustrophobic, rooftop pool area very small , warm pool water, bad bad service.

Good size and nicely decorated room. Great location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Very polite and helpful staff. Delicious food at the restaurant. There was no free water in the room. But you could get free water at the reception and they did do turn down service and left chocolates:)

Staying at BLESS Madrid was a wonderful experience. Our family was treated as VIP’s from even before the moment we arrived. Paula and Ana were messaging us to make sure all our needs were met. Little welcoming handwritten notes left in our room each day really personalised our stay. Every member of the team is so well mannered. Every single team member is lovely. An upgrade to include breakfast was gorgeous and very much appreciated. We were collected at the airport by the hotel driver whom we booked before travelling. He was very welcoming and had chilled bottles of water for us which were appreciated. Our family room was extremely comfortable. Our pillows were like fluffy marshmallows meaning as soon as we lay down we were fast asleep! The location is perfect. Salamanca is an elegant location with lots of beautiful boutiques in the area and only about 15 mins walk from Parc Retiro. BLESS Madrid thank you! We had a wonderful stay! Nada!

Excellent location I reserved and prepaid a Premium Room through Booking.com because it was advertised as including a bathroom with a vintage bathtub and a garden view. Instead, I was assigned Room 103, an accessible room that did not have the advertised bathtub. I had not requested an accessible room. I reported the issue immediately upon arrival, but no equivalent room or immediate solution was offered, and no manager was available to assist. Booking.com repeatedly tried to contact the hotel, but the issue remained unresolved. I was very disappointed by how the situation was handled.

Lovely hotel and good breakfast Room 407 was right beside the cleaning cupboard and it felt like the cleaners were inside the room. Light flickering like a disco light in the bathroom. Small space to pass the bed to get the other side. Would expect financial compensation.
