Check in was very quick and easy. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. You couldn't ask for a better location.

Excellent central location right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife are all nearby, which made getting around very easy and convenient. The staff were truly amazing friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay for anyone wanting to experience Madrid from the center.

Room and Bathroom was cleaned daily, but the shower tub was way too little, a bit uncomfortable for a big guy like myself.

It was not what we expected. It felt like a dorm.

My stay here was excellent. The staff was super friendly, location was perfect and the bathroom was clean. It was right next to Puerta del Sol, so I was literally a few steps from everything, restaurants, shops, fast food places, you name it. I will definitively stay there next time I have to visit Madrid to work. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Everything was good, nice place, clean, right in the center of Madrid, perfect for my stay. Next time I will book there again.

Location is perfect you can walk to every touristic attractions. The walls are like paper. You can hear every sound from the next room and from the street. It was too noisy and I couldn't sleep properly.

LOCATION: really central, with lots of stores around and great connections with public transport. Even though it was in the city center, the noise from the street is not a problem in the room. SHOWER SPACE: really small. It can barely fit 1 person. LIFT NOT WORKING: when we were there the lift was not working and our room was in the second floor, it was a bit of an issue to carry heavy luggage up stairs.

First of all, none of the staff speak any English. Communication is done with hands and with the help of google translator. We had to fill out the application form ourselves, which was in Spanish. External and internal noise became more frequent. The voices from the street are somewhat acceptable, but the sounds from the other rooms and especially the reception are unbearable. The cleaners are too loud, the hostel doors make a terrible sound when entering and leaving. The air conditioner is too loud, but cools, and so is the refrigerator, it's noisy but it works. There is no wardrobe, there are two tables and chairs. The blanket we received is greasy and usable only for the winter months. Regarding the bathroom, the rating is 1. The bathroom door closes slidingly, although it does not slide, there is a gap on the side and it is simply not closed properly. When you are in the toilet, it feels as if the door doesn't even exist. The shower hose is punctured.

Excellent everything clean and neat! Great location! In the middle of everything, bars, stores, restaurants, supermarkets.
