Great location, very clean, staff professional and friendly The shower head in room 209 fell and hit my husband’s and my head. It needs to be better secured.

It was just a basic non frills room, The location was perfect. Near all the shops and metro. It was a busy area but the noise did not bother me inside. The hosts were nice. The room could have used a little mire dusting around the nightstand area. When i went to turn on the lights you could see the dust particles flying around all else was pretty clean. The biggest complaint is they really need to replace the towels. They were the thinnest scratchiest towels ever. Don’t need to be 5 star resort towels but definitely need improvement

Being in downtown Madrid, made visiting the cultural sites of Madrid that I intended to visit very easy. Clean, and attentive staff. Very friendly.

Rooms too small, air conditioning was not working, my room has a windows with view to other windows view, so fresh air needed.

My third time here, very nice and accommodating staff, and the location is excellent.

Great location, conveniently connected to all places of interest by metro. It’s on a busy street with good food options nearby but with very little street noise. No ventilation in the bathroom. Inner walls are paper thin, one can hear everything from neighboring rooms.

The location was great, near restaurants, minute walk to Gran Via, stores, and many more interesting shops near Sansoles. Please make signage of Hostal Sansoles a bit bigger to be seen easier.

Very good location . Clean and comfortable room . Very good air condition . Cleaning the room and changing mattresses and towels every day First entering the property can be difficult as the stuff not always at the desk . Check in not available after 23:00. The owner who is on the desk most of the day doesn’t know good English and not very smilly
