To noise on the street.

Location, cleanliness, comfort of the rooms, the staff, everything. Nothing

Location is one of the best, couple of blocks away from Gran Vía and you get all restaurants and shops right there. I stayed a couple of nights and was not able to sleep because of how loud guests and receptionists are. If guests go out, they have to leave the key so you hear the doorbell ring continuously at all times of the night. Receptionist and guests were as loud as they could be, so take that into consideration. I found the price quite high for what you get. I’ve stayed in other economic options in Madrid but this one was not a good experience.

How clean it was and housekeeping. The room we chose lol its our fault very noisy

It was an amazing experience, specially Level experience and the staff. The room was exceptional, with an amazing view of the ocean. I highly recommend it, especially suggest booking the Level experience. Nothing, it was everything perfect.

very dusty, washroom door doesn’t close, sink very small, you can hear everything outside the room

Near at the center Good staff, good location

It’s very close to grand via and all the tourist attractions We paid around 150 CHF per night for a very tiny bathroom with a broken down that cannot be closed. The curtain is very see-through and the room is super not sound proof and you can hear footsteps and door ring from morning until night (you need to leave the key to the front desk everytime when you leave and ring a bell so that someone could let you in). There is an AC in the room but the staff told us that they don’t have a remote so you cannot use it.

The location couldn’t be better. So close to all tourist attractions. The receptionist is very attentive. The room and bathroom were very clean. Amazing for short stays Towels could have better quality

The place is in the center of Madrid, and you have access to everything (bus, metro). You have access to an elevator in the building which is a plus if you bring a lot of luggage. The staff is very friendly. The mini fridge in the room was dirty, with black mold inside. The room had a strong smell of cleaning supplies, and without ventilation, it was even worse. When we tried to open the windows, a very bad smell came from outside, and they didn't want to give us control of the AC because it was winter. A lot of noise at night from people walking, doing very noisy stuff at night until 2-3 am. You can't use the living room that they have inside. So, for me was very claustrophobic being inside the room.

having to ring the bell every time to enter, but not a big issue as they answer fairly quickly.

I liked nothing about this hostel. Had a previous booking from 14-19 Oct. Found VOMIT ON MY ROOM CHAIR!! The staff was useless. Not helpful at all. The room window had bars on them (3 floors from ground). The WiFi connection kept disconnecting. Noisy. No telephone in room or at reception. The bed was uncomfortably stiff. The location was dirty. Not safe. I could not stay there to work. Had to look for elsewhere to stay. I’m seeking refund for 4 out of 5 nights booked. And this second stay booking was cancelled.

I liked nothing. Reviews said this hostal has quiet and clean rooms but it is not and I had to work during my stay. Also WiFi is not strong or reliable and need it to be for work. Bed is uncomfortable and bars on windows trigger claustrophobia. Had to clean what seemed like vomit on chair! I showed photos to your front desk staff as we exited and notified we were cancelling the rest of our stay after only one night. We had to book last minute elsewhere. The front desk person refused to give a cancellation receipt. We also notified of cancelling our next booking with you (22-23 October 2025). We told him we’ll seek refund and he said to seek it via booking.com. This is evidence of that person to person conversation on 15-October in the morning.

Great location, good staff, good portable ac for the room kept us cool.
-
Very centrally located. Extremely close to Gran Vi station. Appropriate size room and facilities for the price. Very easy check in and check out process. Owner was very kind to interact to.

The location was super centric, just a 5 minute walk from Gran Vía and Chueca metro stations. I went to Madrid for shopping and all stores were just around the corner. I had a triple room and it was very spacious. The check-in process. You have to scan a QR code and input data. I'd much rather do it on paper. Small TV and the maximum volume is set too low so couldn't hear anything. Walls are thin so you can hear your surroundings and neighbours talking. Staff weren't the most sympathetic. Having to leave the key at the reception every time you go out, as when you come back you depend on the hostel staff to be there and give you the key to go to your room.
