They offer shuttle from the airport to the hotel and they didn’t have the capacity, some of the staff member was rude and the person in charge of transportation insulted me wich actually is against the law in Spain. We did not repeat it when I told him to repeat himself.

Beautiful room The breakfast was amazing The pool hours. We had 2- 12 year olds who really wanted to have pool time. The pool closed at 8:00pm and we didn’t have a chance to use it. It didn’t open until 11:00 the next morning. Check out is 12:00. They got 40 minutes in the pool.

I liked everything!

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. Additionally, it offered a few shuttle, which worked out perfectly for our early flight. The hotel is clean, room bed was huge and the shower had great water pressure. Staying here one night before departing back home from vacation was perfect. I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay for a short perdiod (1 - 2 night) to be close to shops or airport.

The room was clean and spacious. Location was close to the airport and the free shuttle was really convenient. The hotel was quiet too. The extra beds in the family room were relatively comfortable as well. Check in was frustrating, there was not a room available at our check in time and we were not notified when a room was made available even though we were waiting in the lobby. We were given a smoking room when we arrived without being asked if that was ok. We called and asked the front desk multiple times to have someone bring the extra beds in our room down and eventually we just had to ask someone we passed in the hall.

It’s new it’s located close to the airport and shopping. Restaurant opening hours, especially when you’re traveling long distances from abroad. But we were able to order food online and get it delivered to the hotel.

Front staff were so very helpful by answering the many questions we had. Were not hesitant to help us navigate transportation in Madrid. Rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were great after days of travel. Breakfast was wonderful. Bartender was awesome. This was easy stay. Transfer to airport in early A.M. Would stay again and highly recommend. nothing

Baby crib. The transfer to the airport and parking lot. The pillow were NOT comfortable and the hotel did not offer any other option, I had neck issues on my sleep because of the pillows. The was NO coffe maker in the room. The pool was not opened. The was NO small towels in the bathroom.

Front desk staff were excellent. Wish I would have got the young ladies name at the front desk. She was truly excellent. They were dealing with a cancelled flight at the same time we were there and she dealt with it all efficiently and effectively. Thought the restaurant was way over priced for what I got for dinner. The breakfast was just ok. The eggs were cold and the bacon was super tough. Good coffee though

Clean, close to airport, shuttle was great, breakfast is very good and bed comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly The electronic door keys kept blocking us from entering the room. Had to go get it reprogrammed every second or third time opening the door. Terrible system
