It´s not so close to the airport

Airport shuttle service. Lobby area. Restaurant menu. Clean and comfortable rooms. AC was great! Staff was kind and helpful. Minibar had good selections. I wish I had a better view or rooms with balcony/terrace... but that's just me being super picky. I will definitely book again :)

This place was great for staying before a flight out of Madrid International... And weirdly I only heard a plane go.over once. Also it turns out it was in a lovely residential area of Madrid... was able to walk to a local cafe, and found a walking path. As an American just remember that lovely residential area means blocky apartment after blocky apartment☺️ I know there really is no good way to remodel a hotel and keep open, but the constant construction noise was not so great. Although this is temporary. The other thing was the air conditioner that was on a cycle of off and on every three minutes.... meaning that there was almost a constant fan starting and stopping noise.

Staff is kind and available to help, good restaurant and buffet breakfast, comfortable beds and clean bathroom.

Room was fairly comfortable. Although we asked for separate beds, the arrangement provided was two single beds pushed together without the ability to separate them due to the headboard and side table configuration. The shuttle from the airport was not located where described. Even after finding the hotel shuttle stop, we waited for over an hour before giving up and taking a taxi. Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk clerk insisted that the shuttle was working properly and it was our mistake. Being called a liar was a very unpleasant welcome! Also, the breakfast was not included. Because the location of the hotel is not near any other breakfast options, we were a captive audience.

Shuttle to T1 in morning (however 25 euro ride from T4(taxi crooks)). Breakfast was excellent Nothing .... it was fine for a night stayover for flight next day

May not be of the best value for very short stays id traveling alone, like just overnight before a flight. I read about security issues, but we observed none. Know that the shuttle drivers work alone, do all loading and unloading. Don't fall prey to someone who claims to be a *helper" or bellhop when there are none at this hotel

The airport shuttle was very helpful. Friendly staff, comfortable room.

The room is very basic and in need of some maintenance, stained and scratched furniture etc. Bad soundproofing, early in the morning people start leaving for the airport and you hear all. Wifi requiring a registration form with personal data, so I did not use it. No kettle in the room. It is close to the airport, walking is possible, but not easy (I have done it - 30 minutes through a deserted are of parkings, logisitcal buildings, and highways).

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, roomy fitness area and quality cardio machines was appreciated (but adding some free weights / dumbells would be a huge improvment), room was nice, swimming pool a good size and welcome refreshment The options at the bar were limited: we really wanted to enjoy a cocktail at the pool, but only beer and wine were available.

Great location in a nice and green area, close to airport and I liked the free shuttle Receptionist named Rodrigo was impolite. He gave us a room which wasn't the one we booked for. He was upset on changing us the room.
