The hotel has restaurant and vending machines on the first floor. It is convenient. There was no spot for us the stop for a few minutes. In the end, we had to use the area marked by shuttle bus only for about 10 minutes. The restrooms at the lobby level smell bad.

They offer a shuttle to the airport, but it’s limited in the amount of baggage. You can take an Uber we got a similar price though, so it was not a big deal.

Everything was perfect ?. ( Staff, breakfast, facilities, etc) the hotel has multiple options for lunch or dinner, they have 2 or 3 restaurants inside with service until late hours..

Location was perfect for what we needed and good value for the price we paid Not a lot of options for snacks. While there are a few options I found they were not open or offering light snacks at the time we arrived, which it was late. Also shuttle information was confusing as we didn’t know if waiting for the shuttle was an option at the time we arrived.

Easy check in with very friendly & knowledgeable front desk staff. It’s a heat wave in Madrid with temperatures soaring to 42C and you would expect hotel that claims to be a 4 star facility would have adequate air conditioning. But instead of it neither front lobby, hotel restaurants or bars, halls or elevators doesn’t have AC working. But the most disappointment was in the room where AC air duct barely moves a slightly cooled air that keeps the room temperature 26-29C through the night. Instead of restful sleep before long flight we had a torture in the oven. Our friends that we had traveled together stayed on the same floor and had the same experience so it is not a room issue, but a major problem of hotel with outdated equipment. Front entry plaque displaying 4 stars is decorative only. Stay away from this place in the warm season.

the rooms are very comfortable. location is on point especially if you have a flight at madrid airport and their shuttle bus is very good and comfortable. the ac in the executive rooms isn't very strong. not hot but wasn't cooling much

clean, comfortable with its own restaurant and other options to eat inside, nice outdoor pool, and good size room. Everything clean and helpful staff. the closeness to the airport was perfect for my early morning flight nothing

When booking, it stated that it included breakfast; however, when went to breakfast, I was told that it was not included. My perception of Booking.com: "BAIT & SWITCH!"
