24 hour reception, free tea and coffee. Clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Location away from city suited us but may not suit those not familiar with local buses.

Located near bus station with direct link to Atocha station in Madrid's centre. Metro station is also in the walking distance from hotel. There is a free parking place available for hotel guests. Breakfast was fine. VEry good value for money.e

Very clean, they clean rooms every morning. Kind staff. Cleaning team doesnt speak english but we somehow managed to communicate.

Very nice , new clean modern A bit of the walk from metro and a bit if industrial shooters around . But if you by car it’s great location.

The shower was excellent, the staff were kind and efficient. The room was very comfortable for a one-night stay. The location was difficult to find and poorly connected to other areas of the city. There were some small insects in the room.

The hotel was close to the amenities. It offered parking. Walking distance to a mall and other stores were convenient. Breakfast area was good for sitting with Family. We had 5 rooms booked. This allowed us to bring in Pizza and enjoy the tables for entire group. The bed were too much hostel like. I was surprised of the staff not speaking more languages. My Spanish is sadly only "duolingo" currently. However, having worked in the industry , I feel all front desk staff should be multi-lingual (English/German/French/or Dutch) would have helped with our group of 10. For those staff member that did speak English- we did appreciate the help with uber-eats!
