Very good location Mercadona & Lidl is very close to hotel also metro available in few steps. Need to increase items in breakfast

Having stayed during Mad Cool Festival, I was coming and going at all hours of the day and night to make the most of the music and the city. I found the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, even when arriving at 3am. My room was comfortable, with effective air conditioning. I enjoyed the charcuterie and cheeses in the buffet breakfast. I loved the cheese and cold meat selections baked apple and pureed tomato with bread. Bacon, sausages, beans would have been nice editions to the breakfast, but the continental buffet of meats, cheeses and pastries was a great start to the day, anyway,

We've stayed here before and thought it was perfect for us. We went to Mad Cool festival and the hotel is situated in between Madrid centre and the festival site. The Metro station is within walking distance. The breakfast is cold meats, etc. It could be better with bacon and eggs. Nothing to do around the area after midnight.

It was very close to public transport. The room was spacious and had good AC. Everything was clean. The staff was super nice and we found a fellow Portuguese who helped us a lot! There was too much noise early in the morning, we went for a concert and before 9am there were people outside and cleaning the rooms making too much noise.

Amazing amenities and a great location Check-out was around 12:00 p.m., but by 10:00 a.m. there was no hot water in the bathroom. Not being able to take a properly morning shower was very disappointing.
