Very clean, nice staff, they let us check in earlier and we were thankful It’s good for a night stay or sth, but the location and neighborhood is not what you except from trip to Madrid, I wouldn’t stay in this area for a long.

No restaurant in house, sometimes that makes it difficult to get breakfast or dinners

Clean and tidy Air con not working in my room, moved to a different one, had nowhere to hang clothes and no balcony when my first room had both of these

The bed was comfortable There was a fire in the hotel. No fire alarm went off. Fire service arrived and I asked them if we needed to evacuate and they said no. No staff anywhere. Left room, corridor full of smoke. Went to enjoy Madrid and got back to hotel to find it was closed with all our stuff locked inside. Tried to call number on door but no answer. We then spent 15 minutes trying to get into the hotel to retrieve our stuff before being let in. Guy was rude and I asked why he did not contact us, but as it was a foreign number they refused to call it. Tried to move us to sister hotel in the arse end of nowhere and I refused. We were then left homeless in Madrid. I will be taking this further. Stay here at your peril!

Friendly staff and clean room. A bit of a walk to the nearest metro station.

It was newly renovated so clean and fresh. Shower pressure is amazing The walls are very thin. And the single glaze in the windows means you here everything outside. Rooms were cold. We were there in March. Once you were in bed it was fine.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and it felt really clean and more luxurious inside. The style was really cool, for the price I think you get an amazing room. Maybe what I can say it’s that the room felt a bit dark? Since it had no window, but that’s all I can say “bad”?

I like the location of the Hotel There was no space in the room to put clothes or at least hang coats somewhere. Room was extremely small but I wouldn't have problem about that if there would be hanger at least. Wifi was not working at all, and also my own mobile internet wasn't working in the room, since there was no connection, so we couldn't do any simple thing that needed internet. Water also got cold couple times. Lastly, person in the Check-in desk wasn't speaking any other language than Spanish, so we couldn't even communicate about our problems.
