Friendly stuff at the hotel & restaurant Cleaning was done everyday You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check out for free Old bathroom with rust and marks No air ventilation in the bathroom Hard communication with staff via Booking messages - slow replies, all in Spanish (kinda expected the staff at a hotel in a city with millions of tourists annualy to answer you in English when the question was asked in that language) and some questions were not answered

Facilities and location were great to our needs.

If you are staying for a couple of days this is a convenient location to get to the mall, also a 24 hr cafe market where you could get snacks, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, pastries, etc, It’s right by the River Manzanares Park and a short uber ride to city center very walkable The toiletries smell fabulous

Nothing was good at this hotel .. so I canceld the next bookings that I reserved previously.. There were a lot of hairs on the blankets

Hotel location is perfect a very lively neighborhood and street close to public transport it is in an excellent location the energy of the place is very much comfortable and nice I recommend this place no swimming pool in the hotel

We arrived tired from a flight and received a warm welcome. Check-in and check-out were easy. Rodrigo, who assisted us, provided excellent customer service. Five stars for him and all the staff! The hotel couldn't be in a better location and it's very clean and comfortable! The bathroom is very small

The hotel is quite old and the surrounding area was very noisy.

Excellent breakfast. Many options.

I liked almost everything: the location (close to a coffee shop, restaurants,groceries store), the room, and the service. Room was of a decent size. I asked a room with window on the street and city, but it wasn't a scenery view. The only thing I didn't expect is that the parking was for fee. I was travelling with a rented car and specifically choose a hotel with parking. There was no mentioning about payed parking.

A lot of stores and groceries around. Bus stop to downtown is just located in front of hotel. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but I would like to share some points: Breakfast is good (not the best) but if it’s crowded, staff are not able to charge the food properly. They also closed part of their restaurant while it was very busy and we couldn’t find any clean table. Another point is that one of the hotel staff keeps knocking our door around 01:00 at midnight to ask us to switch off the music while we were sleeping 2 hours ago. It was so annoying he did that without checking anything.

Its a bit noisy, walls are thin and yiu can hear your neughbours :)

Location and staff Masifícated including first time breakfast. I was so than I could’t have it in order to be on time to my work business that day (7:30 at 12 octubre hospital).
