The location was excellent, the metro station was just at the front of the hotel and also the bus stop! Breakfast was delicious and they offered a lot of food, from sweets to salty :) Everything was fine, we also had a mini fridge in the room was very helpful to store our beverages

Best service ever! We loved our stay here! Everything was so comfortable, we felt so well taken care of. The hotel is also beautiful and everyone was super accommodating!! The metro is right outside the door so we got to explore with no problem Nothing! Everything was perfect

The reception desk team was lovely and the room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly during the first two nights, which made the room quite hot and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. We contacted the hotel team, and they responded promptly and checked the system right away, which we appreciated.

The hotel staff is very nice. We were allowed early check in. Water is provided in the room and there is complimentary lemon infused water in the lobby. The bus and metro are directly in front of the hotel. It is also walkable to the city center. Online payment is through a link, we had no issues.

Rooms are big and very comfortable. Even at noisy street it is quite inside. It is located at metro station and in the same time at walking distance from the main touristic attractions. There is a big choice from restaurants nearby. Also the hotel has private parking with charging station. Parking is very expensive, also the charging doesn't worth compared to gasoline price for my hybrid car. You should improve your messaging system. We were invited to use hotel's transfer options after I booked a parking place and to pre-checkin for 10% discount in the bar, which is not working for the whole month :)

Great location, comfortable accommodation, and a very attentive and helpful host. The only minor inconvenience was that using other electrical appliances while someone was showering caused the hot water to stop
