Clean well equipped rooms A bit noisy - you could hear everyone in the hallway and there was quite a lot of banging (construction?)

Breakfast was good for the price. Room was much bigger than 161 square ft, as described on booking.com. Location was very far from the center of activities. I had a very difficult time figuring out how to get to the hotel from the airport due to the subway construction and I asked the hotel staff for help using booking.com's messages. But my repeated messages were ignored by the staff. I sent the hotel an email, and it was converted to a message by booking.com, which means it was also ignored. I agree that I could have called the hotel to ask. But I did not have an international calling plan (it has a basic monthly charge even I don't make any calls. And I never had any need to call internationally. In the past ten years I always communicated with hotels in other countries via booking.com messages.) Besides, certain things can be explained better by writing, e.g., bus routes. I don't speak Spanish. So all the street names would not register in my mind I only hear them.

Breakfast was better than average, with a wider variety of cold cuts than what I normally see. Though there was a nice little cafe just 50 meters away if that is preferred. The air conditioner was blowing directly at the bed, so I had to turn it off while sleeping, this becomes an even bigger issue, when the area around the only other table away from the bed had tile flooring, so no matter where you sit, you'll feel cold. Visiting while it was 30+ degrees outside, was definitely a challenge, if I was in my room before the sun went down, it would become unbearable in around 30 minutes - an hour without aircondition The bathtub (which to be fair, was a bonus from what I reserved) didn't fill up enough to cover my chest, due to a side drain. The plug didn't have a chain, so you need to keep a thin piece of metal handy to drain it.

Shower cubicle was too small. Shower was leaking. No duvet just a blanket with a sheet on it.

location to caja magica no bar or restaurant

No fuss check-in. Though surprised that the counter staff didn't require for my credit card. After checkout, only to receive a message that my stay was categorized as unpaid. First time experienced this, but no brain cells were killed. All's well. The windows overlooking the courtyard of rooftops. No greenery or unblocked skyview. But these are bonus, not a must.

Location was great... can walk to most places. Lots of shops, bars, food options and local transport at your doorstep. The breakfast was fresh and had good choices. The woman who made us great coffee was very welcoming! The beds were very comfortable and a nice view ☺️

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Good shower. Friendly helpful staff. Very close to metro and restaurants We couldn't all sit at same table for breakfast and weren't allowed to push 2 tables very good stay together

nice room and had a bidet. location was also good. just 3 min walk to metro on line 3 and 6 with lots of bus options nearby as well so very easy to get around. elevator smelled like poop and the hallway was so noisy we could hear the staff talking and some construction/drilling

Excellent location and friendly staff. There was no washcloth or facial tissues.

Great location with access to walking, metro and bus options to get about. Breakfast great with Marisa a star giving personal service to everyone. Being able to breakfast between 7 and 11 is very helpful. All staff polite, helpful and attentive. Rooms v clean. A bit noisy some mornings as my room looked onto buses and street cleaning.
