The breakfast was simple but good quality and the ham was surprisingly good. The espresso machine in the room was a little confusing to use but the espresso was very tasty once we got it working. Overall very friendly staff and a great view from the balcony. Just the confusing espresso machine, we found out how to use it by looking up videos. I'm sure the staff would have helped us too. It was a very minor thing, not serious at all and it didn't affect our overall experience as it only took about 5 mins to figure out.

Location! In my opinion showers need upgrade. They are pretty old and the water flow isn’t steady!

El personal ! Súper amable, cariñoso con mis hijos, dispuestos a ayudar . Ufff ! Tienen un staff humano de primera . Es un poco antiguo (no renovado recientemente) pero bastante limpio y bien ubicados. Súper cómodo para familias porque cuentan con habitaciones con lavadora , cafetera, microondas, cocina , etc

The building has great location, perfect if you are looking for a quite place close to the city important streets nervy the most elegant areas in Madrid this could be a great option. The staff was very friendly, they have a little cafeteria area where you can either eat of just buy a coffe. The property was clean and beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there ! Thanks so much for!

The rooms were really comfortable and well equipped, fantastic location close to everything in Madrid, and super friendly staff. There are stairs to get to the front desk, which could be an issue for elderly people, especially with bags.
