Nice hotel in good location The terrible neighbours having a party which woke us up at 2am, i called the reception repeatedly so they could resolve the issue but they didnt and I was kept up all night with singing and banging all the walls.

Comfortable, size of room and bathroom, amenities. Staff, not nice. Need more customer satisfaction embedded in their monthly payment.

excellent in almost every way. lobby, services, location is outstanding. bed size great and very comfortable. towels and robe high quality. standing shower excellent. staff at check in accommodating when I asked for later check out. 5.things. at the floors, you can feel a bit “dated” carpeting, and my room was smaller than I expected. the window overlooking what is supposed to be a “court or garden” was just a tiny space, which caused that the only place to sit (if not on the bed) was crammed between the wall and a non-usable table. I did not find USB outlets next to the bed, though there were plenty of electrical outlets. the TV not easy to operate.
