Outstanding staff, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Modern, bright, spotlessly clean rooms and public areas. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely roof top facilities including bar and pool. Nothing

I'm a little concerned about the lack of bottled water and some of the usual hotel essentials, like toothbrushes. The last two days it was very noisy outside the windows; both nights there were football fans singing.

The location, the design and rooftop amenities. Only two people for check in and a long line

Problem with elevators You have to wait forever and one is not working Housekeeping they don't pay attention to details They forgot to put bedsheets and many other things hope the management pays attention to this place before it's too late

The pool. I stayed at Canopy by Hilton Madrid and it was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was consistently poor. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Even basic requests felt like an inconvenience to them, and there was no sense of hospitality at all. For a hotel at this level, the attitude was shocking. Housekeeping was just as bad. The room was never properly cleaned. It was left messy, items weren’t replaced, and the beds were not made properly. Coffee cups were left dirty for days, and it felt like the bare minimum was done, if anything at all. It reached a point where it genuinely felt neglected. Overall, the combination of unprofessional staff and unacceptable cleanliness made the stay extremely frustrating. This is far below what you expect from a Hilton property, and I would absolutely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Very closer to the city and Santiago Bernabeu

working desk is tiny...if you need to work for 2-3h it is uncomfortable...

Decoration was beautiful, art-deco style. Bed was confortable. Restaurant had delicious options. Check out time is 12:00. Pillows felt old. The door of the shower didn’t close properly so water came out.

Like the ambience.. breakfast was ? ? That there was rainwater right in front of the hotel. We had to walk in it to reach the hotel door. Maybe some more explaining about things like the pool... closing hours. Restaurants in the area..

Pleasant staff able to accommodate my early check in request. Nothing specific.

Dani was the best! Outside of hotel was unkept and dirty

Excellent location, confort room, breakfast good but the same food ever

The bed was really comfy and the room very quiet, as requested. Staff was friendly and the hotel is in a very good location. My experience didn't quite match the premium price point. The room layout was quite unusual, the entrance leads directly into the bathroom, which feels unhygienic when arriving with shoes from the street. Additionally, basic amenities like a hairdryer and slippers were missing. Breakfast was disappointing for the cost. At this price, I expected high quality options, but the orange juice was bottled rather than freshly squeezed. It is a good hotel, but it currently lacks the attention to detail required to justify its price.

Location and the decoration of the room Some parts in the room need maintenance especially the bathroom and bathroom

The only minor negative was the length of time to check in.

Stuff was extremely helpful. They let us do an early check in. The food at the restaurant was great . Location was great and perfect for everything we had to do I wish at the pool area were more umbrellas as only 3 sunbeds were covered

The location was very good. The hotel is only 5 min walk from Santiago Bernabéu, we both went for Bernabéu tour and Real Madrid game
