Location Nice quiet, safe backstreet location, but very close to several tube stations, shops and restaurants. Nice hotel, likely to return soon on next visit. No negatives

The staff were nice and there was a nice vibe, with reasonable value for money. The room was big and the bed was confortable. The fact that the checkout time is late is very very nice. The windows were not soundproof at all. We were at the highest floor and could here every person or car passing in the street. Also, the water temprature in the shower kept changing. Some obvois things were missing light a main light to light the entire room.

I liked the whole experience. Facilities are really good and the atmosphère is cool. Good location and there is an underground station nearby as well as a huge shopping centre. I hope the hotel could be more understanding with the change in my booking dates. Besides, it was not mentioned that the swimming pool area was not available on the web I made the booking. Disappointing.
