The room was spacious and clean, and there was a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The bed and mattress were excellent, and the blackout curtains were a great touch, the room was very quiet and dark at night. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The area around the hotel is not the most charming or lively, although the location is very convenient for public transport. The metro station is just a short walk away.

This is a little way out from the very centre, but the Metro station is a 2 minute walk away with a direct line to all the big attractions, we loved being a little way out in this quieter spot. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Little touches like a complimentary glass of Cava, water available at reception and accommodating us with somewhere to store bags until our late flight were so welcome. Great pool in a sunny spot. Good breakfast with all the usual hotel buffet favourites, plus local touches like tortilla, chorizo and churros. Our room was comfortable and modern, we liked the almost too effective blackout curtains which meant we spent too much time sleeping incredibly well rather than enjoying the sights of Madrid! We found the pool opening hours a bit short, but appreciate there may be reasons why it can't open earlier or later.

Nice room, well maintained. Pleasant staff during evening shift Breakfast was poor value for its high cost. Location requires taxi or Metro ride to reach any tourist sites. This is not made clear in advertising materials.
