Very bad location , thier was no stuff

I like the Hotel was close to the highway . I don’t like the property cause no reception, and we don’t know where we going , the door locked, no one to ask, also the reception by the phone was poor to give you direction. The reception should give the guest the door password and the room password in the email. In additional when we sleeping and the other apartment using the water you can hear it clearly and we can’t sleep at all.

A lot of noise!! We had the room right next to the entrance. A lot of people going in and out all the time also in the middle of the night and stopping on the hallway ot talk loud for 15-20 min at a time. Very bad noise insulation. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom very bad. We reported it 2 times and no action was taken in the 5 days we were there. The neighbourhood is very shady especially at night. Luckily there are a lot of police patrols, but still... If you are a single woman traveling, avoid this place!

1. The location was very close to a Metro station and therefore it was a nice walk every morning and evening. 2. The apartment itself was nice and clean, with good pressure coming from the shower. 3. We received welcome water, orange juice and beer, plus coffee and tea. 1. Every noise really came into the apartment either from the street or from the corridor whenever somebody spoke a bit louder, came into the apartment complex or had some louder comments, really. 2. Even though we've hang the request on the door, we did not get the daily cleaning and refill of coffees

Very nice property with smart check in and communication, very clean and with all the amenities needed. Anas was so kind to assist us, we didn’t need too much assistance or to do many requests as everything was perfect. We will definitely come back thank you Anas, thank you Olala Homes!

It was quiet. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Cozy. Not too far from metro. Supermarket close. Not a touristy neighbourhood. I wish there had been a washing machine and dryer on the premises. We found a laundry within walking distance which was very clean.

The room was big and we had a tv and free drinks. It wass soo loud at night people were screaming at 2-3 am i couldn’t even sleep cause i was scared and one time we put the room make over sign on the door but when we came back the room was still the same and i know the cleaners saw the sign because they were right there before we left.

Clean, pleasant. There was no hot water! There is no parking. It was just a nightmare. I checked in online, I wanted to get a code for parking (paid) and every time I get a message that there is no registration. The girl who tried to help didn't know English. After over an hour someone left the parking lot and we could park in his place.
