The breakfast not that good It is just cheese and eggs I’ll the hotels provide International Buffet or minimum to add different kind of food

The ladys , working in the lobby were very kind and very helpul, even with the luggage, the room was very confortable, the hotel is very well located , the bar in the main floor was nice There are no employees to help the guests with the baggages, it is necessary and neither are cars available for the guests to carry the luggage, I was impressed that in such a good hotel this kind of service doesn´t exist.

When I got there the staff gave me another room than the one I booked, even though I showed every confirmation email that I had. The room I got was a tiny, washed out room with used appliances, a broken A/C that loudly woke me up in the middle of the night and a hazardous bathroom (see pictures). Staff did not care and did not help.
