One toilet and two showers for 20 or more people (one toilet per gender) The toilets are downstairs and the showers are upstairs The staff is not friendly at all

Good location as I had an early flight and had to catch the bus to the airport. Staff was not as friendly/welcoming at check-in. Not really a "kitchen". Ok stay if you are desperate or in a similiar situation with flight. Bed was ok.

Confort beds. Well climatized. Nice staff

The walls are thin, so when there's noise in the hallway, you can hear it in the room. On most nights, this wasn't an issue as the guests were quiet at night. On the last night, I had a couple of unpleasant roommates but I guess this is not the hostel's fault. Everybody else I ran into at the hostel was lovely.

the location is good and that the toilet is clean, they have lockers with keys and good kitchen The only available place were the top bed and THERE IS AN AC RIGHT ON FRONT OF YOUR FACE, I couldn't sleep all night, nothing to cover yourself with except a really thin and the shower water was freezing, and the people that were there kept talking all night

It smelled absolutely atrocious and was so humid and damp in the rooms.

N/A Bed bugs in the bottom bed walking in the room. I have bites all over my body absolutly discusting.

Its very nice place to stay with good budget in a very quite area

Nothing! This was a catastrophe. Do not book this property. Everything. From the check-in process unti the cancellation First, no one was resonding on the phone while i was ringing the bell and calling at the same time. I stayed for around 30min in the rain waiting for the host to come from somewhere to open. Second, the room looked nothing like the pictures. Small, suffocationg and windowless. The hallway was dark and filthy and unorganised. The bathroom and shower were on the first floor away from the rooms as if you are at a macdonalds location. Third and the worst of it, someone locked me inside the room. I was banging on the door and screaming for someone to open but nothing until my friend called the host so he would open the door. When he opened the door, i saw 2 man sitting outside the room giggling as if it was. Ajoke. I ran out as fast as i vould fro that hell. And now, i'm unable to get the full money refunded because I was the one who cancelled. This is not acceptable and I would like to have the full money that i paid refunded.

Location. Close to one of the most important bus stations to get around Spain. Also, the location is super quiet, without traffic or noise businesses It's a bit clean but everything seems abandon without maintenance. Some doors don't close or hard to open
