Location is perfect, in downtown, walking distance to everything. Dirty towels with stains. Building is being renovated so you can'tooen a window. Saff told us to ask for carry on breakfasts in the evening just to learn that we can't order as kitchen staff left already. Breakfast is not buffet but 1 sandwich with juice and coffee/tea and it starts vary late at 8,30. One day cleaning staff left our door open after cleaning the room and it stayed like that all day, anyone could have walked in and took our things. Air-conditioning was too high and you can not change it, we froze.

the location of this place was amazing. the breakfast was pretty good - though I often left hungry, as you're only allowed to order a few things.

The location is unbeatable. You are right on Gran Vía, with the metro and all the big stores practically at your doorstep. It takes a moment to find the entrance since the hostel is a bit hidden away on the seventh floor, but that also means it stays really quiet up there. We had no noise issues at all. We booked a double room with a private bathroom. The shower and toilet were clean, no complaints there. Reception was friendly and they even left us a bottle of water in the room. The room itself was only semi clean. There were hairs on the bed and the bedding generally did not feel fresh. It was fine for sleeping, but for a longer stay it would not have been enough for me.

The staff was nice and helpful - in particular an early check in was a very nice surprise after a long flight there. the view outside the window was a bit different than on booking (see the attached photos). I asked specifically before coming to the hostel if they would store my luggage as I had a late flight. The answer was yes, but they forgot to mention that it was a paid option - not much, admittedly, but they should have mentioned it in the message. The hostel is on the 7th floor and there is just one old elevator. It takes time to go in or out. The water under the shower tended to go down very slowly (it seemed clogged there)

Todo perfecto. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama era cómoda y las instalaciones estaban bien cuidadas. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, y el proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy sencillo. La ubicación también es muy buena para visitar la ciudad. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomendaría a otros viajeros.

The property was horrible overall, elevator was not working stairs are broken we fell twice. Toilets are very small , air conditioning was not working. Everything !
